Once your order ships (usually within 24 hours), we send a confirmation email with your tracking number and a Track Order button.

📦 Understanding your tracking updates
Once your FoldifyCase ships, the tracking status walks through a few stages before it arrives. Here's what each one means in plain English:
- Label Created / Pre-shipment — your foldable phone case has been packed and a shipping label printed. The carrier hasn't scanned it yet, but it will within 24 business hours.
- In Transit — your package is moving through the carrier network. International orders may show this status for several days as they cross borders and clear customs.
- Out for Delivery — your case is on a local delivery vehicle and should arrive that day, typically before 6pm local time.
- Delivered — your FoldifyCase has been left at the address. Check porches, mailboxes, parcel lockers, and with neighbours if you didn't receive a knock.
❓ Tracking hasn't moved for a few days?
Tracking pauses are common — especially for international orders crossing customs between countries. Most apparently-stuck packages resume scanning within 3-5 business days as they move between carrier handover points. If yours hasn't moved in over seven days, get in touch with our support team with your order number and we'll investigate directly with the carrier on your behalf.
International orders may be subject to local customs duties or import VAT depending on your country's thresholds. FoldifyCase ships from regional warehouses in the US, UK, and Australia where possible to minimise customs delays for Z Fold, Z Flip, and Pixel Fold case orders.
