How long does shipping take?
USA: 3–5 business days with free shipping on all orders. UK & EU: 4–7 business days. Australia and rest of world: 7–14 business days. Orders placed before 1pm ship the same day.
My tracking says "label created" — is my order moving?
Yes. A label is created the moment your order is packed, but the first carrier scan usually appears 2–5 days after dispatch for international parcels. Your parcel is moving even before that first scan shows up.
Why is my order split into multiple shipments?
Items sometimes ship from different warehouses so nothing has to wait. There's no extra cost, each shipment has its own tracking number above, and they may arrive a few days apart.
My tracking hasn't updated in a few days
Long-haul legs (line-haul flights, customs clearance) can go 3–7 days between scans — this is normal and doesn't mean your parcel is lost. If there's no movement for more than 7 days, email us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Can I change my delivery address?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us as soon as possible with your order number and the new address — we can usually update it within 12 hours of ordering. Once a parcel has shipped, the address can no longer be changed.
It says delivered, but I can't find my parcel
Check your mailbox, porch, safe-place and with neighbours or your building's front desk — carriers sometimes mark delivery slightly early. If it hasn't turned up within 24 hours, email us with your order number and we'll chase it with the carrier.
